How to build a branded client document pack
- Choose a client profile, or set up the cover, sections and branding.
- Add the PDFs and images and arrange them under each section.
- Select Build pack, then download.
About this tool
Handover packs, compliance packs, onboarding packs and proposals follow the same pattern: a branded cover, a contents page, sections, and every supporting document in the right order. The Client pack builder produces them in one step.
Save a client profile with the client's logo, colour, footer text and your usual sections. Next time, choose the client, drop in the files, and build.
Packs include a table of contents page with page numbers, PDF bookmarks for every section and document, page numbers that start after the front pages, and an optional watermark. Client profiles store settings and a logo only — never your documents.
Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded to PDFPUMA?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your files are read and processed on your device and the result is created there too — they are not sent to PDFPUMA's servers.
What do client profiles store?
The client name, logo, accent colour, footer text and section names, in your PDFPUMA account. Your documents are never stored.
Can readers jump to each section?
Yes. The contents page lists each section with its page number, and every section and document has a PDF bookmark in the reader's sidebar.
Which plan includes the Client pack builder?
The Client pack builder is included in Agency.
Can I use password-protected PDFs?
Not with this tool yet. PDFPUMA doesn't bypass PDF passwords or permissions. If you own the file, remove the password in the app you used to protect it, then try again.
