Pricing questions
- Do I need a paid plan to use the tools?
- No. Every PDF tool on PDFPUMA works on the free plan, without an account.
- How do free trials work?
- Business includes a 30-day free trial and Agency a 60-day free trial for first-time subscribers. You add a payment method at checkout and aren't charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged. Trials are limited to one per customer.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Plan & billing in your account, through Stripe's secure billing portal.
- Who handles payments?
- Payments are processed by Stripe. PDFPUMA never sees or stores your card details.
- Do prices include GST?
- Yes. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST for Australian customers. Tax invoices showing the GST amount and our ABN are available in the billing portal.
- Can I get a refund?
- You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See our refund policy for details, including your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
