About this tool
If you do the same PDF jobs again and again — stamp 'CONFIDENTIAL', number the pages, compress for email — a workflow does them all in one pass. Add steps in order, choose their settings, and run the workflow on as many files as your plan allows.
Save workflows to your account to reuse them on any device. Agency adds client folders, to keep each client's workflows separate, and custom output file names (for example client-name-original-name.pdf).
Workflows run in your browser, one file at a time, so even large batches stay private and don't need uploading.
Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded to PDFPUMA?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your files are read and processed on your device and the result is created there too — they are not sent to PDFPUMA's servers.
Which steps can a workflow include?
Rotate pages, add a text watermark, add page numbers, merge everything into one PDF, and lossless compression. Steps run in the order you list them.
How many workflows can I save?
Business can save up to 10 workflows and Agency up to 50, organised into client folders.
Which plan includes workflows?
Workflows are included in Business and Agency.
Can I use password-protected PDFs?
Not with this tool yet. PDFPUMA doesn't bypass PDF passwords or permissions. If you own the file, remove the password in the app you used to protect it, then try again.
