Have a fillable PDF — a certificate, delivery form, staff document or customer form — and a spreadsheet of people or orders? The form generator fills the form once for every row and gives you all the PDFs in one ZIP.
Columns are matched to fields automatically where the names are similar, and you can change any mapping. Every row is checked before anything is generated — values that are too long or aren't one of a drop-down's options are listed in a downloadable error report, and those rows are skipped.
Export your spreadsheet as CSV (Excel: File → Save As → CSV UTF-8). The form and the spreadsheet stay on your device. Agency adds file names built from your columns, saved mappings and duplicate-name checks.
Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded to PDFPUMA?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your files are read and processed on your device and the result is created there too — they are not sent to PDFPUMA's servers.
Can I use an Excel file?
Save it as CSV first (File → Save As → CSV UTF-8). PDFPUMA reads comma, semicolon and tab-separated files.
My PDF isn't fillable. Can I still use this?
No — the PDF needs real form fields. You can add text to any PDF with Annotate PDF or Sign PDF instead.
How many rows can I generate at once?
Business generates up to 500 documents per run and Agency up to 2000.
