Builders, subcontractors and project managers
Assemble a construction compliance pack
Certificates, test reports and approvals in one ordered, navigable pack for the client or certifier.
How it works
- 1OCR PDFBusiness
Make any scanned certificates searchable so the pack can be searched later.
- 2Client pack builderAgency
Choose the client or project profile, add sections — for example Certificates, Test reports, Inspections, Approvals — and add each document under its section.
- 3Client pack builderAgency
Build with the contents page, bookmarks and page numbers on, and the project reference in the footer.
Example
- What you start with
- Scanned plumbing and electrical certificates, a fire-system test report and council approval letters.
- What you get
- One compliance pack with a cover, contents page, four sections and a bookmark for every document.
Tips
- Create one profile per head contractor or client so their logo and footer are ready for every job.
- Label each certificate with what it covers (e.g. "Waterproofing — Level 2"); labels become contents entries.
Questions
- Does PDFPUMA check that the pack is complete?
- No. It assembles and organises the documents you add; checking that every required certificate is present is up to you.
- Can scanned certificates be searched?
- Yes, after running them through OCR PDF (Business and above).
